Full Stack Developer Intern

About the platform
KOŚA is an enterprise-grade, GxP-compliant SaaS platform for the pharmaceutical industry — combining a Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) on a unified regulated infrastructure. Built to 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5 and ALCOA++ standards, KOŚA manages SOP lifecycles, GxP training records, electronic signatures and immutable audit trails.
Stack: React 18, TypeScript (strict), Vite, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, Node.js/Express, AWS Lambda, Supabase (PostgreSQL + RLS), AWS (S3, KMS, SES, EKS, CloudWatch, WAF), Redis, GitLab CI/CD, Vercel.
Role overview
You will be embedded directly in the KOŚA development team — writing production code for a live, regulated pharma platform. This is a fully onsite engagement at our Hyderabad office. Interns who perform well will be considered for a full-time Junior Developer role at the end of the internship.
Key responsibilities
What you will do
- Feature development: build, test and deploy responsive UI components using React 18, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
- Backend integration: develop and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js/Express connecting the frontend to PostgreSQL
- Database management: write and optimise queries, create schemas and assist with migrations
- Team collaboration: join daily standups, sprint planning and architecture discussions with senior developers
- Code quality: write clean, documented code and participate in peer reviews via GitLab PRs
- Debugging & support: troubleshoot bugs, resolve UI/UX inconsistencies and monitor performance across environments
- Agile delivery: work with testers and product leads so features meet acceptance criteria before production
What you will gain

Skills & qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate: B.Tech (CSE / IT / ECE), BCA or MCA
- Proficient in React 18 and TypeScript — able to build and debug components independently
- Working knowledge of Node.js / Express and REST API design
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or MySQL — schema design and query writing
- Comfortable with Git: branching, pull requests and merge conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail and good written/verbal English
- Nice to have: Supabase, Redis, AWS basics (S3 / Lambda), Python, or awareness of the GxP / pharma domain
